Please mail your filled out order form to the address listed on the website and include a cashier’s check. As soon as your order is received, we will ship out your new jewelry by US First Class Insured Mail. Shipping charges: 1-2 Items: $6.00; 3-4 Items: $9.00; 5-8 Items: $12.00

Credit Cards: Silverwaves*Olas de Plata does not accept credit cards at this time. We will inform you when we begin accepting MC and Visa cards.

Returned check fee: $35

Silverwaves*Olas de Plata will do its best to keep prices constant. However, prices may vary due to exchange rate of Pesos to Dollars, customs duties, market value of silver and other factors over which we have no control. As a result, prices may vary at the time you place your order. Price sheets are intended as a guideline only. Please call or log onto the website (www.silverwaves.net-) to check current pricing and terms before placing an order.

These prices include a care card, earring card and rubber earring nuts for earrings and care cards for cuffs and pendants. All items packaged in cellophane bags and small jewelry boxes.

All items are sterling silver of 0.925 or higher and will therefore tarnish after being exposed to air for a time. We suggest using Sunshine Polishing Cloths or other silver polishing cloths to keep your display items like new. Keeping your stock in airtight bags or containers and using anti-tarnish strips can slow tarnishing down.

Do not use liquid cleaners to clean sterling silver jewelry with oxidized areas (black areas) or dip jewelry pieces in liquid silver cleaners. Doing so will remove the oxidization and void our 30 day guarantee.

Each jewelry piece is a hand crafted original creation and subject to slight variations.

It is normal that the cording on your pendants will be curly upon removing from the cellophane bag. The cording will straighten out with a few days of use.

The synthetic stones in your new cuff or pendant have been glued in using a special resin; however, they can be dislodged if not cared for properly. Please take the following precautions to be sure the stones do not get dislodged: Do not knock against hard surfaces, use during rough activities or bend cuff around wrist to make smaller or larger. Constant bending and re-bending of cuffs to fit your wrist can cause stress fractures in the silver. Jewelry handled in the aforementioned manner is not covered under our 30-day guarantee.

Use of Cookies- We do not place any cookies on your computer. Cookies are placed only in connection with shopping. If one day we do have shopping from our site and you choose to shop on our site, we would place a cookie only to assist the “shopping cart” in keeping track of products ordered and also to pre-fill certain information fields for frequent shoppers. If you have disabled receipt of cookies on your browser, then your IP address is used for these purposes.

GUARANTEE:

All Silverwaves*Olas de Plata jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship with normal use. (Please see above warnings!) If you are not satisfied with the jewelry purchased from us, please return it within 30 days with the receipt and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money. Please note circumstances (above) where jewelry is NOT covered under said warranty. The warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.
