Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. Any fees incurred to change foreign monies to US dollars will be charged to the dealer.
Dealer is responsible for payment of any broker, importation, HST, GST, or general taxes incurred from shipment of order.
Invoice balances unpaid after date due accrue a 2% service fee for each month or portion thereof such balance remains due. A 3% service fee will apply for second month and subsequent months where balance is unpaid.

to Dollars, customs duties, market value of silver and other factors over which we have no control. As a result, prices may vary at the time you place your order. Wholesale price sheets are intended as a guideline only but are guaranteed 10 days after receipt of quote. These wholesale prices include a care card, earring card and rubber earring nuts for earrings and care cards for cuffs and pendants.
All items packaged in cellophane bags. Silverwaves dark blue 100% recycled-logo-ed jewelry boxes available at $0.60 each.
All items are sterling silver of 0.925 or higher and will therefore tarnish after being exposed to air for a time. We suggest using Sunshine Polishing Cloths or other silver polishing cloths to keep your display items like new. Keeping your stock in airtight bags or containers and using anti-tarnish strips can slow tarnishing down.
Do not use liquid cleaners to clean sterling silver jewelry with oxidized areas (black areas) or dip jewelry pieces in liquid silver cleaners. Doing so will remove the oxidization and void our 30 day guarantee.
Each jewelry piece is a hand crafted original creation and subject to slight variations.
It is normal that the cording on your pendants will be curly upon removing from the cellophane bag. The cording will straighten out with a few days of use.
The synthetic stones in your new cuff or pendant have been glued in using a special resin; however, they can be dislodged if not cared for properly. Please take the following precautions to be sure the stones do not get dislodged: Do not knock against hard surfaces, use during rough activities or bend cuff around wrist to make smaller or larger. Constant bending and re-bending of cuffs to fit your wrist can cause stress fractures in the silver. Jewelry handled in the aforementioned manner is not covered under our 30 day guarantee.

Stocked items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving order via UPS Ground Services. Shipping will be charged on your invoice. For expedited shipments or to request another carrier, please call 715-779-0243. You will be notified of approximate lead-time if products are out of stock.
GUARANTEE and RETURNS:
All Silverwaves*Olas de Plata jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship with normal use. Please see above warnings! If you are not satisfied with the jewelry purchased from us, please return unused item in good condition within 30 days with the receipt and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money. Returned item(s) must be in original packaging and in presentable condition for resale. Please note circumstances (above) where jewelry is NOT covered under said warranty. The warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the dealer.
