JEWELRY RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
You may return your jewelry within 7 days for a full refund, assuming the items is unused and in the same condition in which you received it and includes all packaging. Refunds made 8-30 days after purchase, we can offer you a store credit. returns made 31 days plus are not eligible for a refund.
Gift cards, custom orders, tools, stones/ rocks and sale items are not refundable.
A receipt is required to complete your return.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
25% of fee is considered non-refundable in cases of withdrawal for all students up to 60 days before the workshop. In other words, think carefully before reserving your spot!
Course fee is non-refundable within 45 days of the workshop unless I am able to fill the student’s spot, in which case the 25% fee still applies.
If I cancel a workshop, then 100% of your fee will be reimbursed.
Extra events planned within workshop are nonrefundable. (ie. kayaking, dog sledding, snowshoe rentals)
SHIPPING:
To return your product, you should mail it to Silverwaves Jewelry; PO Box 1184; Bayfield, WI 54814 in a box of some sort to prevent breakage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and until we have it in our hands, we cannot refund or give credit.
